Supporting my mission
Summiting Everest is no easy feat, and it comes with significant costs. I have outlined a series of training milestones with approximate costs below:
£30 - BathHalf, October 2023 (✓)
£1600 - Winter Skills course in Scotland, March 2024 (✓)
£100 - London Marathon, April 2024 (✓)
£4,000 - Mera Peak Summit, November 2024 (✓)
£5,000 - Mt Kenya Summit, January 2025
£200 - Scotland Ultramarathon, May 2025
£10,000 - Himlung Himal Summit, September 2025
£50,000 - Everest Summit, April 2026
As a DeafBlind individual, I will need a dedicated support team, which means the expenses could be more than double. Additionally, there are other essential needs such as mountaineering clothing, gear, and travel expenses. Therefore, I am hoping to fundraise at least £100,000 for myself and my assistance team to make this mission a reality.
Will you join me in reaching my next fundraising goal of £5,000 for the upcoming Mt Kenya climb scheduled for January 2025, transforming this ambitious vision into a reality?
